Super cake mix sale going on right now at Safeway! Betty Crocker cake mix is just $.69 each if you buy 4 and icing is 2/$3. Plus, I had three coupons for Betty Crocker products ($.75, $.50, and $.50) which all scanned. Grand total: $7.01. That's 96 cupcakes for less than a dozen at your local bakery.

I love using "Cake Mix Doctor" type recipes to dress up these plain mixes. Anyone have a good one for carrot cake mix and cream cheese frosting? I'd love to know!
