Yes, please.

5 sweet potatoes, cut into about 1 by 5-inch "fries"
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Place the sweet potato "fries" on a foil-lined baking sheet and toss with the olive oil. Bake until golden, about 45 minutes.

When the sweet potato fries come out of the oven, sprinkle with the basil salt. Serve with the garlic mayonnaise alongside for dipping

Favorite Things: Crocodile Creek Lunch Boxes

So many adorable graphics, from flowers to bugs to the solar system. Sturdy construction. Decent prices. Lead free. What else could you want in a lunch box? My son chose this one and my daughter wants this one. Now I just have to find a good hiding place for them until September ... And I might have to surprise them with a "matching" water bottle, too.

Favorite Things: Bottle Cap Pendants

My mom and sister found me the coolest bottle cap necklace at Sagrada in Oakland. If you're looking for an East Bay "day trip", shop at Sagrada and grab lunch at Bake Sale Betty's. Trust me on this one! But if you can't make it to Oakland to browse bottle cap necklaces and nibble on brownies, then check out this website. Super selection and a discount offer is running right now if you purchase more than one. After all, it might be kind of difficult to select just one.
