If my budget allowed, I would have vases of fresh flowers in every room of the house. Who doesn't love gerber daises in a bunch with a ribbon tied around the vase or some hydrangeas arranged in a low bowl? But since I don't really have a fresh flowers column in my current budget, I have to improvise. Currently, my fave no cost centerpiece is artfully arranged fruit. You've got beauty on your table and your three o'clock snack all in one. Ta da!Cheap and Cheerful wants to know: How do you add some color and texture to your house without spending any extra cash?
