While I still rely mostly on Safeway Club card offers to save cash at the grocery store, I recently put some effort into gathering coupons and was pleased with the result. We don't get the Sunday paper so I mainly print my coupons from online sites. I saved $16.60 last week!
Cheap and Cheerful wants to know: What are your favorite coupon sources?
I have just discovered the Grocery IQ app (for your iPhone) and I can find coupons from my list and print to my printer and I can also scan paper coupons I find and it will remind me when I'm shopping that I have a coupon for that item. Love it!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds amazing. I must download it!
ReplyDeleteMyfrugaladventures.com and thefrugalfind.com and thekrazycouponlady.com all have match-ups to the Raleys/Whole Foods/Safeway ads. I normally save at least 60% off my Safeway receipts just be following their match ups. It takes a little time and energy, but it is worth it.
ReplyDeleteI forgot to mention that there are a few sites you should also check out. shortcuts.com and cellfire.com have electronic coupons that you can link to your safeway card. They will automatically come off when you purchase those items. You can also load electronic coupons onto your safeway card from the Proctor & Gamble site. I purchased 48 rolls of TP and 16 rolls of paper towels for $4 each a few weeks ago because there were great great electronic coupons. The sites I listed above in my previous post normally guide you to these good deals. You can also load coupons at UPromise. They don't come off as a discount to your grocery bill, rather the "coupon amount" gets added to your child's college savings account. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteGreat tips! Thank you!
