Cheap and Cheerful Chatter: Got eye cream?

How did BzzAgent know that I desperately needed some new eye cream? Was it the dark circles or the fine lines? Or both? I was given a sample of L'Oreal Paris Collagen Micro-Pulse Eye to try. So far, so good. I've been using it for about a week and can see some subtle results. I can't wait to see the improvement at the end of four weeks. I will post some "before" photos soon. I didn't want to scare anyone off with a photo of my eyes at the end of this long day!

Favorite Things: Fun and Funky Bike Bells

Looking for a fun gift under $1o? A fun or funky bike bell might be just the ticket. We picked up two today at our local bike store but there are plenty to be found online. Electra makes some edgy ones like this one. Or maybe a dino squeeze horn is more your speed? No matter what your style, it is a fun gift at a great price. Plus, is there anything better than a cruise around the neighborhood on a lazy summer afternoon?

Deal of the Day: Please Take Me For A Walk

My kids love this book. And because I won't allow them (yet) to get a real dog, it pleases them that they can read about an adorable pooch. We have a library copy but it's on sale right now on Amazon. Great illustrations and an instant hit with an animal lovers.

Deal of the Day: More Target Dollar Spot Finds

Call me a geek. Go ahead. I know it's true. Why? Because I love these dollar aisle flashcards and workbooks. My kids love the Space cards box I got them and they also have U.S. Presidents and Rhyming Words thanks to their thoughtful auntie. Fun enough for a party favor or road trip treat but informational and educational, too! Right now you can buy Crayola crayons for $.25 so grab a few boxes and a few books. You can pair a pack of cards and book for a $2.25 treat for a new big sister or brother or anyone who needs a little cheap and cheerful present! Geeky? Or just plain smart?
